Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
  2. Add egg, vanilla, oranges, pineapple and syrup.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Put in a greased 9x13 inch pan and sprinkle the brown sugar and pecans on top of the batter.
  5. Bake 1 hour at 350°F (325°F in a glass pan).
  6. Top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
