Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp popcorn
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place popcorn in 2 1/2 Quart Pyrex or other microwaveable bowl with a microwave lid. It's best to have lid vented, popcorn expands by violent steam pressure so let it out.
  2. Microwave on hi for total of 3 minutes regardless if it's all popped or not.
  3. Remove popped corn and place on flat cookie sheet
  4. Microwave remaining un-popped kernals for another 2 minutes or til all is popped.
  5. Spread popcorn on sheet and spray sparingly with oil - I use refillable Mr. Misto with extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. Be careful! Steam is way hotter that boiling water - the bowl is hotter than a SOB! I use my hand to remove popcorn from the pyrex bowl but would be safer with a spoon or spatula.
