Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat med. suzed saucepan over med. heat. Add oil,peppers and salt to pan. Allow to simmer with lid for 30 mins. ,stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove lid,turrn heat to high. Add sugar and vinegar and cook another 5 mins,stirring often. Remove the peppers from heat;set aside.
  3. Slice bread 1/2 thick and grill or toast. While the bread is still hot,gently rub the whole peeled garlic on 1 side. Top the same side with the pepperonataand it's juices and serve.
