Pecan Fudge Icing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 lb (3 1/2 - 4 cup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. In medium sauce pan, combine butter, milk and cocoa
  2. Stir over low heat til butter is melted
  3. Add sugar and vanilla, stirring til smooth
  4. Stir in pecans
  5. Pour over WARM cake
  6. Cool completely, UNDISTURBED, about 4 hours
