Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Arrange chicken on a baking sheet.
  3. Combine mayonnaise with cheese and pecans.
  4. Evenly spread mayonnaise mixture over each breast half and sprinkle with crumbs.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  6. VARIATION: Use toasted pine nuts and shredded Parmesan.
