Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees for a glass dish)
  2. In large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and egg; beat on medium speed until crumbly. Stir in peanuts.
  3. Reserving 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture, press remainder on bottom of greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
  4. In medium bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth; spread over prepared crust.
  5. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
  6. Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool and cut into bars.
  8. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
