Peanut Butter Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 cup soy flour
  • 1 1/4 cups peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, soy flour and baking powder.
  3. In a blender, blend peanut butter and milk.
  4. Pour peanut butter mixture into dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly.
  6. Roll out dough 1/4 inches.
  7. Thick and cut into squares or use a cookie cutter.
  8. Place biscuits on baking sheet about 1/2 inches.
  9. Apart and bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  10. Biscuits should be refrigerated or frozen.
