Peanut and Tomato Relish

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 tbsp tomato relish
  • 1 tbsp milk (opptional for runniness) (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tbsp chili flakes (opptional for spicy) (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix ingrediants and heat on a low heat.
  2. Don't overheat or it will stick to the pan.
  3. Taste and change accoridngly (eg.more peanut butter or chilli etc.).
  4. Heat for about 5mins until very hot.
