Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice or dice peaches (I can never get pretty peach slices).
  2. Scoop ice cream into bowl.
  3. Chiffonade basil leaves.
  4. Sprinkle basil onto ice cream (hang in there).
  5. Top with some peach slices.
  6. Splash with vinegar to taste.
  7. Cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and/or mint might be nice with this.
