Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp butter
  • 1 pint oyster (cut up if desired)
  • 1 quart half-and-half
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. In saucepan, heat butter.
  2. Add onions and saute 1 minute.
  3. Add oysters.
  4. Cook just until oysters start to curl (3 min).
  5. Add half and half, salt and paprika.
  6. Heat just to boiling.
  7. Serve right away, with a little parsley on top.
