Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine water, vinegar, salt and sugar to form a brine. Place chicken legs in a large plastic container and cover with brine for at least 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Pour melted butter into large 15 x 12 cooking pan, such as a jelly roll pan, coating the bottom of the pan.
  4. In a large zip-top bag, combine remaining ingredients.
  5. Place 4-5 chicken legs at a time in bag. Shake to coat.
  6. Place chicken in pan.
  7. Bake approximately 1 hour, or until juices run clear; turning chicken legs after about 30 minutes.
  8. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
