Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Simmer ribs in salt water, covered cut in pieces.
  2. Meanwhile prepare sauce: In sauce pan melt 1 tablespoon of butter and simmer 1 clove a garlic, crushed.
  3. Add ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, celery seed, salt, hot pepper sauce, and lemon.
  4. Bring all this to a boil and pour over drained ribs placed in a shallow pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, basting often with sauce.
