  1. In a medium saucepan, combine chicken broth, Orzo pasta and water.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook for seven minutes.
  3. Add vegetables and cook for an additional five minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
