Ingredients:

  • 1 (1/4 oz) package active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3 1/2 cups spelt flour

Directions:

  1. The directions with my bread machine indicate that the ingredients are to be added in this order:.
  2. Water.
  3. Flour.
  4. Yeast (in a small well made in the center of the flour).
  5. Honey, Oil, Salt added to the sides of the machine.
  6. The settings on my machine are:.
  7. 15 min - Preheat.
  8. 25 min - Knead.
  9. 55 mim - Rise.
  10. 55 min - Bake.
