  • 1 (2 oz) envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/3 cup oil

Directions:

  1. In a 9 X 13 inch baking pan, combine all ingredients.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees, stirring occasionally, 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
