One Pot Taco Chili

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown turkey with garlic and onion in pot over medium heat.
  2. Add rest of ingredients (reserving a little cilantro) and simmer, uncovered for 15 min.
  3. Top with rest of cilantro and a dollop of sour cream (if desired).
  4. Serve with chips. ( I like to use the chips to scoop up the chili but my dad likes to break 'em up and put them on top)
