One Pan Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 2/3 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and bake in a greased 9x5inch loaf pan for 55-65 minutes.
  3. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
  4. Finish cooling on a wire rack.
  5. High altitude adjustments: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  6. Devrease Bisquick to 2 cups and sugar to 2/3 cup.
  7. Add 1/4 cup all purpose flour.
  8. Bake 50-55 minutes.
