Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup. honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup. carob powder
  • 1/2 cup. skim milk
  • 1/2 cup. coconut
  • 3/4 cup. chopped raisins
  • 1/2 cup. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup. sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients and chill!
