As a child my brother was allergic to chocolate so to satisfy the families crave for some thing sweet and include my brother, she would surprise us with this.
Ingredients:
1 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c. carob powder
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. chopped raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sugar
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients and chill!
