No-Bake Maple Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a heavy medium size saucepan, combine sugar, milk and syrup.
  2. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring frequently (important to bring to rolling boil or cookies will not set up).
  3. Boil for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
  5. Stir in oats.
  6. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto waxed paper.
  7. Cool for 3 to 4 hours, until firm.
