New Potatoes With Ham

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 1/2 lbs red potatoes
  • 1/3 cup ham, diced
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. If desired, peel the potatoes.
  2. Add the water, broth, potatoes, and ham to a soup pot.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook until tender.
  4. Drain and toss in the butter, parsley, and seasoning.
