Serves 4-6 Ingredients:
4 cups water |
4 cups chicken broth |
1 1/2 lbs red potatoes |
1/3 cup ham, diced |
3 tablespoons butter |
salt |
pepper |
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. If desired, peel the potatoes. 2. Add the water, broth, potatoes, and ham to a soup pot. 3. Bring to a boil and cook until tender. 4. Drain and toss in the butter, parsley, and seasoning. |
