Nemos Really Yummy Egg And Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 hard boiled eggs - i took them out after 5 minutes of boiling, cut into small pieces
  • 2 cups of mixed lettuces - i use pre-packed bags that our supermarkets prepare daily, already washed and torn into pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Place lettuce mix into serving bowl
  2. Add the tomato and egg
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper according to your taste
  4. Drizzle with olive oil
  5. Toss it all well and enjoy!
