Delicious Cucumber  And Pickel And Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash cucumber, peel here and there to leave on some green skin
  2. Cut in half vertically, scrape out seeds
  3. Cut into spears and coarse cut into pieces
  4. Cut Roma tomato in half, remove seeds, coarse cut
  5. Cut pickles in half, cut into spears and coarse chop like the cucumbers
  6. Place tomatoes and cucumbers and pickles and onion and garlic in a large bowl.
  7. Gently stir in thick yoghurt
  8. Season to taste ( the pickles also add some salt )
  9. Chill well
