Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. 1. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan on med-high heat. Wisk in flour, salt, and milk.
  2. 2. Add cheese and mix until smooth. Add cayenne to enhance color and flavor.
  3. 3. If you want you can add ro*tel and/or taco meat to make a more complete nacho cheese.
  4. Enjoy.
