  1. Directions.
  2. Mix soup and tomatoes and set aside.
  3. Measure out 1 1/2 cups(more or less if you prefer) cauliflower rice and mix with beef and seasonings.
  4. If you want to add some garlic and/or onion powder, or more rice, do so at this point. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add large pieces of green pepper to bottom of lined slow cooker.
  6. Add stuffing and top with sauce.
  7. Cover with bacon slices and pepper caps then cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
