My Grandmas Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla until thick. stir in zucchini, flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and walnuts. blend well and pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
  2. Bake at 350 degree's for 1 hour.
