My Grandmas Zucchini Bread

This recipe was past to me from my Grandma Marlene, who was the best cook in the world:) in my eyes anyway:)
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup oil
2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cinnamon
3/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla until thick. stir in zucchini, flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and walnuts. blend well and pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
2. bake at 350 degree's for 1 hour.
