My Grandmas Zucchini Bread |

This recipe was past to me from my Grandma Marlene, who was the best cook in the world:) in my eyes anyway:) Ingredients:
3 eggs |
2 cups shredded zucchini |
1 cup oil |
2 cup sugar |
2 tsp vanilla |
3 cups flour |
2 tsp baking soda |
1 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp baking powder |
1 1/2 cinnamon |
3/4 tsp nutmeg |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla until thick. stir in zucchini, flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and walnuts. blend well and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. 2. bake at 350 degree's for 1 hour. |
