My Childhood Eggnog

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Break egg into a small mixing bowl and beat with an egg beater until the egg is smooth and thick.
  2. Add the sugar and the salt to egg.
  3. Then, beat until you can see that the sugar, salt are dissolved.
  4. Beat in the milk and vanila.
  5. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  6. Serve the eggnog immediately.
  7. Makes one serving.
