Directions:

  1. Sprinkle steaks with salt and lemon pepper.
  2. Heat oil in 12 inch skillet.
  3. Add steaks and cook over med.
  4. Heat till browned, and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  5. Add green pepper, onion, and mushrooms, with juice.
  6. Heat over low heat 7 minutes.
