These are great for a family supper. Ingredients:
4 cube steaks |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper |
3 teaspoons vegetable oil |
1 cup chopped green pepper |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
2 (4 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle steaks with salt and lemon pepper. 2. Heat oil in 12 inch skillet. 3. Add steaks and cook over med. 4. heat till browned, and cooked through, about 15 minutes. 5. Add green pepper, onion, and mushrooms, with juice. 6. Heat over low heat 7 minutes. |
