Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
  2. Crumble sausage into Dutch oven.
  3. Cook over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
  4. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and pasta.
  5. In a bowl, combine the egg, riccota cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Spoon half of the pasta mixture into a greased shallow 3-qt. baking dish; layer with the cheese mixture and remaining pasta mixture.
  7. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
  8. Uncover; top with Romano cheese.
  9. Bake 5 minutes longer or until heated through.
