Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Fill paper
  2. Lined muffin tins 2/3 of the way full. Bake for 35 minutes.
