Directions:

  1. Mix together cream cheese & cottage cheese.
  2. Spread over serving dish.
  3. Layer remaining ingredients (except cheddar) and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  4. Cover with cheddar when ready to serve.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
