Mom's Basic Bread Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2-2 tsp poultry seasoning , depending on your likes
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 cups bread , cut into cubes

Directions:

  1. In saucepan, saute onion, celery and margerine.
  2. Drizzle over top of the cubed bread.
  3. Add spices, combine together until everything is blended.
  4. Stuff the bird.
