Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs until light and frothy.
  3. Drain salmon and flake.
  4. Mix salmon, eggs, bread, salt, butter and milk. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Spray a 7x3x2 1/2 loaf pan with non-stick spray. Pour mixture into pan.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
