Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim away all outer fat from steaks and place in crock pot.
  2. Blend together tomatoes, garlic and spices.
  3. Dump on top of meat in crock pot. Throw in bay leaf.
  4. Add just enough water to cover the meat.
  5. Stir a bit to blend in water.
  6. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
