Mixed Veggies in White Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Add plain flour.
  3. Roast on low flame for 3 minutes.
  4. Add milk.
  5. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  6. Boil the sauce till it becomes reasonably thick.
  7. Add salt, pepper and chopped chillies as per taste.
  8. Add boiled mixed vegetables and paneer.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Cook on low flame for a minute.
  11. Garnish with corriander leaves.
  12. Serve hot with naans/parathas/rotis.
  13. ENJOY!
