Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a stew pot over medium high heat, heat 3 tablespoons Olive Oil.
  2. Cook Country Sausage in Stew Pot, Drain
  3. Cook steak no greater than Medium Rare remove steak from heat.
  4. Add 3 tablespoons Olive Oil to stew pot
  5. Fry all Chili Peppers, Onions until sightly slightly cooked.
  6. Add Minced Garlic, All Herbs, Tomatoes, and remaining Ingredients in Stew Pot
  7. If Adding Beans do not drain beans.
  8. If desired add water to desired level.
  9. Cook over medium low heat for 60 Minutes.
  10. Add Steak and Sausage and cook for another 15 minutes.
  11. Serve with Diced Onion, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheddar, Diced Green Onions or whatever topping you would like.
