Directions:

  1. Oven.
  2. Combine lemon juice the red pepper, add a little broth, pour over chicken, turning to coat.
  3. Cover, bake 20 minutes. Remove cover, bake 10-15 minutes longer.
  4. Cook couscous.
  5. Saute zucchini with shallots.
  6. Shred chicken and mix with pan juices
  7. Serve with zucchini.
  8. SPRINKLE WITH FETA!!
