Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Quarter the onion by making an X cut - but do not slice all the way through. (Bottoms will still be attached.)
  2. Place slivers of butter between the slices.
  3. Microwave on high 3-5 minutes.
