Ingredients:

  • 8 cups of instant longgrain rice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cilantro
  • 2tsp caynee peper ( for little spice)

Directions:

  1. First put oil in a pan to coat bottom
  2. Then add ricce
  3. Cook rice until browned
  4. Then add chicken stock
  5. Stewed tomatos
  6. Tomato paste
  7. Salt .pepper
  8. Cilantro
  9. Cook until rice is tender
  10. Make sure you cooked out all the moisture you can
  11. And serve with chickken tacos
