this is a american kick on mexican rice . with all the flavors everyone loves. Ingredients:
8 cups of instant longgrain rice |
2 cans stewed tomatos |
1 can tomato paste |
2cups chicken stock |
1 tsp.salt (garlic salt) |
1 tsp. pepper |
2tbsp. garlic powder |
1tsp cilantro |
2tsp caynee peper ( for little spice) |
Directions:
1. first put oil in a pan to coat bottom 2. then add ricce 3. cook rice until browned 4. then add chicken stock 5. stewed tomatos 6. tomato paste 7. salt .pepper 8. cilantro 9. cook until rice is tender 10. make sure you cooked out all the moisture you can 11. and serve with chickken tacos |
