Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soak the bread in the milk. Mix in the meat and the spices. Beat the eggs and add in with the cheese. Form into a loaf and place on a broiler pan. Lay the bacon slices over the meat. Mix the ketchup and brown sugar. Add tabasco. Spread 1/3 of the sauce over the meat. Baste with sauce evry 15 minutes. Cook for an hour.
