Ingredients:

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • dash of salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Broil the corn until they are char 5 min on each side
  2. Cut and in the pood precessor add garlic
  3. Chopped scalion, boiled and peeled potatoes
  4. Puree until they all crushed but not too smooth
  5. Season with salt and pepper and mixed some more
