Last night when I make swiss steak it ussually accompany with mashed potatoes,but since it summer and there are plenty corn in the market, why not used it, taste different but surely give a new flavour of a side dish Ingredients:
3 ears sweet corn |
1 scalion |
1 clove of garlic |
1 small boiled potatoes |
dash of salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Broil the corn until they are char 5 min on each side 2. cut and in the pood precessor add garlic 3. chopped scalion, boiled and peeled potatoes 4. puree until they all crushed but not too smooth 5. season with salt and pepper and mixed some more 6. ready to serve with my Swiss Steak Simple And Easy >swiss steak simple and easy |
