Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in salted water about 20 minutes, until tender
  2. Drain and allow to steam dry for about two minutes
  3. Return potatoes to the pot and mash with pepper, salt, butter, chipotle peppers, and garlic until smooth
  4. Fold in the cheese, mayonnaise, heavy cream, and cilantro until the cheese has melted
