Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes 15 minutes or until done.
  2. Mash potatoes with margarine.
  3. Using mixer,add milk a little at a time, alternately with cream cheese cubes and onion.
  4. Season w/salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish.
  6. Bake325 for 30 minutes.
