Mary's Pasta Con Brocolli

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz rigatoni noodles-do not overcook
  • 3 stick butter
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 1 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1 bag broccoli
  • 2 chicken breasts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles.
  2. Cook butter and garlic together for 10 minutes. add cream of mushroom, half-and-half.
  3. Add noodles and broccoli to soup mixture and put into 9x13 pan and top with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake until warm.
