Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Wash the chicken parts and pat dry.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Dip chicken into milk and dredge in flour mixture. Repeat.
  3. Deep fry at 360°F for 20 minutes.
